These terms outline the operational guidelines, mutual rights, and legal obligations between Starbull Limited and its account holders.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
- These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, trading platform, and financial services provided by Starbull Limited.
- By opening a demo or live trading account, accessing our trading portal, or using any services offered by Starbull Limited, you unconditionally agree to comply with these terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to open a trading account.
- Services are not offered to residents of restricted jurisdictions including the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, UAE, and India.
- Clients are strictly responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all trades executed under their credentials.
3. Trading Operations & Margin Requirements
- All orders submitted through Starbull platform are processed subject to available market liquidity and execution conditions.
- Starbull Limited reserves the right to adjust margin requirements, leverage limits, or order sizes during extreme market volatility or economic events.
- Automated trading, EAs, and high-frequency strategies must operate within standard platform protocols without exploiting system latency.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Starbull Limited shall not be held liable for trading losses incurred due to unexpected market fluctuations, internet slippage, or client-side hardware failure.
- Trading in leveraged instruments carries inherent risk; clients agree that they invest capital at their own financial risk.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with Starbull Limited shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Saint Lucia.
- The courts of Saint Lucia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any legal claim or dispute relating to these terms.
6. Amendments & Modifications
- Starbull Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting updated terms on this portal.
- Continued use of the trading platform following published updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.
